Beach Fashion Trends change every year, and 2022 will be no exception. “Subtleties” decided to find out what will look stylish and modern in the new season, and what wardrobe items it is better to refuse. We counted exactly six of the last.
1. Tie swimwear
Ribbons, straps, straps and decorative ties are finally a thing of the past. And it's not just the aesthetic component: a tan after such a swimsuit resembles a lattice and looks at least strange. Therefore, in 2022, numerous ties have been replaced by simple and minimalist swimwear models that are much more comfortable and do not spoil the tan line.

2. Microbikini
Microbikini is a swimsuit that seems to be there, but it seems not to be. Thin straps cover the body so conditionally that such an outfit is more suitable for visiting a nudist beach. In 2022, such frankness is no longer in vogue – on the contrary, swimwear models that look natural, restrained and even chaste are now gaining popularity.
3. Knitted swimwear
The age of swimsuits, as if knitted by a grandmother for her beloved granddaughter, is also a thing of the past. This year, lace can still be seen in the wardrobe of fashionistas, but the boom in knitted models has already passed. If you're looking for a feminine swimsuit, go for floral prints or vintage-inspired designs.
4. Heeled sandals
Uncomfortable sandals with heels or wedges are no longer in trend. Today, comfort is in fashion – sandals with a dense sole or simple flip-flops, in which it is easy to walk on the sand. Beach shoes with sequins, rhinestones and other decor reminiscent of the glamor of the 2000s will also look outdated.

5. Mini shorts
Shorts that barely cover the buttocks have long been a sign of bad taste. And not only in urban fashion, but also in beach fashion. If you still can’t do without shorts, you should choose a loose model with a length no lower than mid-thigh.

6. Pareo
