Mira Estate said earlier in a statement that CIS clients now account for more than 20 percent of potential homebuyers in Dubai, with an average check of AED 2.5 million — 40,837 & nbsp; 500 rubles for ordinary real estate and 25 million dirhams — 408 375 000 rubles — for luxury. The share of investments in housing of individuals from Russia and the CIS countries today is 10 percent in Dubai.
