The Emerald Collection — the Italian chain of luxury 5-star hotels in the Indian Ocean, famous for its signature Deluxe All-Inclusive concept, announced that the Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa ranked #1 in Asia's Top 10 All Inclusive Resorts this year and 4th in the Tripdvisor Traveler's Choice Awards 2022 Top 25 World Rankings.
Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa — the first resort in the chain's collection in the Maldives — opened in Raa Atoll in the summer of 2019. “Chip” networks — the proprietary Deluxe All-Inclusive system, that is, an all-inclusive vacation. All guests, regardless of room category, have access to any dishes and drinks at no additional charge, including alcohol, in the bars, restaurants of the resort, as well as in the mini-bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, the ability to use any non-motorized water entertainment. Bookings of seven nights or more offer additional entertainment: a boat trip with snorkeling or boat trip, as well as free access to the fitness center.
Aldo Scarapicchia, partner and managing director of The Emerald Collection, noted: “The share of repeat customers is today 25 percent, which is a very high result in the conditions of such high competition as in the Maldives, where representatives of large international hotel chains operating on the all-inclusive system have already begun to appear.
In October 2022 the company plans to open two more resorts: Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa in the Maldives and the first resort in Africa Emerald Zanzibar Resort & Spa.
