According to a press statement issued by Emirates on September 1, 2022, the newly refurbished A380s will begin operating flights to New York on December 1, 2022, to Auckland — January 15, 2023. On February 1, 2023, Melbourne will be added to them, on February 15 — the second city in the US is San Francisco, and the redesigned 380 will fly to Singapore on March 1.
