The airline expects 6.2 million passengers to take to the skies on routes across Europe. New «hot line» was launched for families with children under the age of 12. It will put you directly in touch with dedicated customer support staff who have experience in helping families.
Today, the vast majority of passengers can resolve all issues on their own on the EasyJet website, but those who need help “live” specialist, now they can get it faster and easier. The airline has added an additional 350 employees to its customer service team and has also invested in a brand new passenger service center located in Milan.
Customer service hours have been extended to answer phones from 06:00 to 23:00: 00. The carrier's service teams provide passengers with the most comfortable conditions at airports — they will operate in this mode from Wednesday to Sunday until September 4th.
